The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The room was spacious, well-lit, and comfortable, providing a great environment for our family. We appreciated the hotel's convenient location, as it was close to all the amazing attractions in Merida. Additionally, the hotel staff gave us excellent recommendations for family-friendly restaurants, ensuring that we had an enjoyable dining experience.
My wife says that the shower not being properly isolated from the rest of the toilet was a minor inconvenience.

Very comfortable room, well lit, close to all wonderful spots in town, well heated. Polite and helpful staff. Good value town centre hotel. Motorcycle parking available. Lots of bars nearby.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better, with all the main attractions within walking distance. The room size was above average and the shower was amazing, perfect for cooling down in the summer heat. I also loved the vending machines in the lobby, they were a convenient touch.
